The best way to ensure that you’re happy with your Moroccan property purchase is to see the site and area for yourself. Moroccan Sands offer you the chance to take advantage of our local expertise and knowledge through a viewing visit to your chosen development or area.

It’s also a good chance to talk to a whole range of local property professionals, such as lawyers and mortgage providers, to review all aspects of your purchase and make sure that you’re entirely satisfied before proceeding with the purchase.

How the trips work
Our Moroccan Property Consultant will escort you throughout your time in Morocco and make sure that all your questions are dealt with. Their purpose is to act as a guide and source of information – much like the trips you’ll have seen on overseas property TV programmes.

As Northern Morocco is an emerging market and the low cost carriers are yet to open routes most of the trips to Morocco will be via Malaga in Southern Spain. We will attempt to book the most convenient flights and arrange transport to Morocco via onward flights or fast ferry.

All accommodation will be of the highest available standard and all transfers will be in one of our fleet of air-conditioned vehicles.

On each trip you will also be offered the opportunity to discuss all the legal and financial aspects of property purchase in Morocco.

£99 - How the trips are charged
A lot of companies make lots of complicated promises about how if you pay all the expenses they’ll refund the money but only if your second aunt countersigns the hotel receipts!

At Moroccan Sands we aim to make you life and property purchase as simple as possible. All our trips are priced at either £199 or £299. If you buy a property on a trip we refund you all monies above £99 – so £99 is the most you’ll pay.

Clients buying two or more units will receive a full refund on viewing trip costs.
